Professional Realtor® Kristin Myers, is an Idaho native born in Sun Valley and raised in Wood River Valley. Today she makes her personal and professional home in Idaho’s capital; city of Boise.
 
From the Foothills and its close proximity to the outdoors, the parks and the Greenbelt system to lively arts and a vibrant downtown scene, there’s no place she’d rather be. Kristin has extensive experience and knowledge of the Treasure Valley market, and for the past 27 years she has consistently been recognized as a top producer.
 
Kristin is an expert in contract negotiation, follow-through, and problem solving. She specializes in residential and downtown condominium housing, as well as relocation and investment properties.
 
Kristin started her Real Estate marketing and sales career in 1996 when she was hired by OEI Homes/O’Neil Enterprises to do condominium and new home sales in the Surprise Valley development. In 1999 she joined Thornton Oliver Keller’s residential real estate group and served on the new construction sales team for Rock Hampton, and Harris Ranch Subdivisions.
 
For the past 27 years, Kristin has been focusing on residential re-sale and assisting buyers in finding their dream homes. In January of 2015, Kristin joined Boise’s #1 Real Estate team, Lysi Bishop Real Estate at Keller Williams® Boise as their senior buyer’s agent.
 
Being knowledgeable not only in new home sales, but also in the residential resale market and being in tune with current issues that are affecting the market, are a few of the many things that sets Kristin apart. She believes that listening and being able to discuss and explain the home buying and selling process on a down-to-earth level inspires confidence with her clients. Also, it is a testament to her business that much of her success comes from repeat clientele and referrals!
 
Kristin’s hobbies and interests include: Camping, hiking in the Sawtooths, skiing, cooking, and going to great concerts.
