Crave Kitchen and Bar is a dining experience in the heart of Eagle that features hand-crafted cocktails, Asian-inspired food creations, and a rooftop patio with a stunning view of the adjacent pond and distant mountains. The menu features modern spins on Asian classics, such as whisky braised short ribs, torched salmon roll, and tuna tartare guacamole. This restaurant is open for both brunch and dinner, and the rooftop is open on Thursdays through Saturdays. Service is excellent and this restaurant has a unique and laid-back atmosphere for a next-level dining experience!  

 

Bardenay:

As the nation's first restaurant AND distillery, Bardenay sets itself apart. Different spirits are distilled and served at their three locations in the Boise area. These handcrafted drinks pair magically with the authentic, Northwestern cuisine served. The menu features classic items with a twist, such as a charbroiled trout filet, cider-brined pork chop, and a bacon-wrapped filet. Bardenay in Eagle is located alongside the Boise River, with deck seating to take in the peacefulness of nature while enjoying your meal. This must-visit restaurant has been around for over 20 years and is the perfect place to enjoy locally sourced drinks and food with a great atmosphere. 

 

Bacquets:

Led by French head chef Franck Bacquet, this restaurant offers an authentic and unique taste of France and a huge wine selection. Bacquet grew up in France and has spent over a decade perfecting his culinary skills in the restaurant industry. Nestled in the heart of Eagle, this restaurant transports you to the streets of Paris and offers a relaxed, European style of service, where the joy of sharing a meal is savored. Bacquets offers a menu that rotates every five to six weeks, with a unique mix of classic French dishes, and exciting new takes on European classics. The perfect place to get your fix for French classics such as seafood pasta and prime rib French dip, this restaurant is a must-try. Bon appetit! 

 

Rembrandts:

Located in downtown Eagle in the iconic church building, Rembrandts offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a bar area. Once Rembrandts Coffeehouse, this iconic Eagle establishment underwent extensive remodeling and reopened to offer a new dinner and wine menu. The new Rembrandts offers “elegant comfort food” including Elk Wagu burgers, Ahi Tartare, and Chicken and Waffles. This restaurant offers outdoor seating for the warmer months and is the perfect place to get together and enjoy a meal before shopping around downtown Eagle. 

 

Coyne’s Restaurant:

Located near downtown Eagle, Coyne’s provides unique chef-inspired cuisine and an atmosphere that inspires connection. One special menu item is the Coyne’s reserved, a grass-fed and corn-finished steak that is aged for a minimum of 28 days. Coyne’s also offers a variety of seafood options, such as miso salmon and lobster cream pappardelle. The wide selection of entrees offers something for everyone, and the food is created with a focus on fresh and local ingredients. Roghani’s Restaurant:

Located near Eagle Island State Park, this restaurant offers international cuisine inspired by the regions of France, Italy, and Greece.
