Nothing beats stepping into a warm coffee shop during the fall season. The smells of coffee beans, the chatter of friends connecting, and the frosty condensation on the windows imbibe feelings of comfort. With its ever-expanding lineup of local coffee shops, Boise offers an enticing blend of warmth, caffeine, and fall flavors that beckons coffee lovers. Check out our list of the best coffee shops in Boise for a cozy fall day! We may not be total coffee connoisseurs, but we think the best coffee in Boise is on this list.

Push and Pour:

Push and Pour is a local coffee roaster with locations in Garden City, the Bench, and Downtown Boise. Owned by a former professional skateboarder, the aesthetic is a little artsy and a little grungy, but 100% quality taste. They offer a variety of coffee drinks as well as small bites at their Bench and Garden City locations. Their avocado toast and signature latte are a must try. The Garden City location is perfect for fall, sitting a few blocks away from the Boise River Greenbelt and its beautiful fall foliage.

Slow by Slow:

This artisan coffee shop on 8th Street in BoDo (Boise Downtown) has a relaxed, cozy atmosphere and prides itself on roasting its own coffee. This is the perfect place to grab a table to get some work done or have a meeting. The staff are knowledgeable and the menu is full of curated recipes with complex and delicious flavor profiles. They are most notable for their pour-over brews.
