Blue Bench Brunchette - Boise This charming brunchette is touted as the "Best Brunch on the Bench" and we couldn't agree more. A mixture of Americana diner and shabby chic, this restaurant is a casual place for large group gathering. Their menu has classics like eggs benedict to nutritious harvest bowls. Their mimosa menu has yummy flavors and even sparkles. Can't decide on one flavor? Try a mimosa flight or share a mimosa tower with the gals. Try their sister restaurant in NW Boise, The Huck House too! Brunch served until 3pm Make a Reservation   Photo: Doug Petersen Photography 3. Rembrandts - Eagle A gorgeous chapel reimagined into a neighborhood gathering place, Rembrandts in Eagle elevates the cafe experience with an ethereal atmosphere and exquisite menu. Aptly named "The Hen House," their breakfast menu is traditional and full of classic flavors. Their signature benedict menu offers a salmon bennie, garden bennie, and something different... a green chili pork bennie.  Brunch served until 3pm Join the Waitlist   Photo: Doug Petersen Photography 4. Fork - Boise A Boise favorite, Fork's mission to be "loyal to local" delivers fresh ingredients and familiar flavors to Downtown Boise. Once an old bank, the restaurant is full of history and rich details nodding to the region. Popular brunch choices include their Bloody Mary's, mimosa bar, and Chicken and Waffles.
